I ordered two large bags. After three days I had not received an expected delivery date. Called to get an update and was told the two bags will be delivered the next day. One bag was delivered that day. That was great. However, the bag was delivered to the bill to address when I needed it delivered to the ship to address. Because the bag would have probably been stolen overnight I had to retrieve it from the bill to address. The second bag was delivered to the ship to address after I called the shipping department asking them to be careful about delivering it to the correct address. I was in touch with a couple staff people and explain that there was a failure in the process. I hoped that this information would have reached one of the owners of the chain. Whether it did or not I don't know because I have not heard anything as a response. I was hoping to at least receive acknowledgment of the failure and process and assurance that they were working on improving the process. I value shopping at local businesses including local chains I'm comfortable paying extra versus purchasing through a national chain. I do hope for better customer service than I would receive from a national chain.
We love Fromm food! Our picky eater is happy to chow down on this reasonably priced and responsibly sourced kibble.
